Booking Private and Semi-Private Lessons:

Private lessons are 45 minutes in length with up to 2 participants in the lesson (not including the instructor). If you have more than two participants wanting a private lesson, I highly recommend booking a private group lesson for the best experience.

 

Private and Semi-Private lessons are to paid in full at time of reservation.

Private and Semi-Private lesson requests made within 24 hours of session time may not be able to be accommodated. We recommend requesting appointments as early in advance as possible.

Booking lessons through text message is the most efficient scheduling option. Email and online requests are accepted but requested dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmation of availability.

Online Booking:

When booking online please be aware that your chosen times are approximate and subject to availability due to instructor travel requirements between studios, and other last minute schedule shifts. After you complete your booking you will receive a text message from Ashley confirming your request or options to re-schedule within 24 hours. ​

Studio Space:

Private lessons are taught in a shared studio, meaning there will be other students taking lessons on the floor with another instructor at the same time. Occasionally you may end up with a private room but this is NOT guaranteed. If you would like to request a private room for your lesson you may do so at an additional charge for the room based on availability.

Re-scheduling: 

If you need to reschedule your lesson, please reach out to do so as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests can be made up to 24 hours in advance and approved based on availability. 

 

Cancellations:

Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to your reservation date.

If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours in prior to your reservation you will be charged in full for the session.

Please cancel your reservation as early as possible to avoid charges.

 

Your session starts at the reserved time, tardiness will result in a shorter session. Tardiness exceeding 20 minutes is subject to cancellation and you will be charged for the session with no refunds.

 

Refunds:

Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to your reservation date. Refunds will NOT be provided for any private or semi-private session once they have been completed.
