Coaching Terms and Conditions
All coaching services provided by ASHLEY MAYER DANCE CONNECTION, also known as AM DANCE CONNECTION, as well as the information on our website AMDANCECONNECTION.COM, are designed to help couples strengthen their connection, improve communication, and build a solid foundation for a lasting marriage. Our coaching uses movement-based learning, including partner dance, to teach relationship skills in an interactive and engaging way. However, coaching is **NOT** professional mental health care or medical care and should not be considered as such.
By purchasing coaching services from AM DANCE CONNECTION, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following statements and that you wish to proceed:
1. Coaching Is Not Therapy
I understand that the coaching services I will be receiving are not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I acknowledge that my Coach is not acting as a mental health counselor or medical professional.
2. Personal Responsibility
I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my coaching sessions and beyond, including the choices and decisions I make as a result of this coaching experience.
3. Coaching vs. Therapy
I acknowledge that coaching is not a replacement for therapy, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment. I will not use coaching as a substitute for any form of therapy.
4. Purpose of Coaching
I understand that all insights, exercises, and strategies offered by my Coach are intended to support my personal and relationship growth. I give my informed consent and agree to participate in this coaching process with the intention of improving my connection and teamwork with my partner.
5. Confidentiality
I understand that my Coach will protect my information as confidential unless I provide written consent stating otherwise. However, if I disclose child abuse, elder abuse, neglect, or intentions to harm myself or others, I acknowledge that my Coach is legally obligated to take appropriate action, which may limit confidentiality. Additionally, if my Coach is required by law to provide information or testify in a legal proceeding, they will do so to the extent required.
6. Technology & Communication Risks
I understand that the use of technology, including email, text, phone, and virtual sessions, is not always secure, and I accept the risks associated with these communication methods.
7. Liability Release
I hereby release, waive, and discharge my Coach and their business, agents, employees, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, suits, or actions related to my participation in coaching services. I understand that no guarantees have been made regarding the outcome of coaching, and I take full responsibility for how I apply the knowledge and strategies gained. This agreement shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.
By proceeding with coaching services, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Refund & Cancelation Policy for
Coaching Services
Group Coaching Programs and Workshops:
Full refunds for Group Coaching Programs and Workshops, less a $20 processing fee, will be provided for cancellations made up to 7 days after registration but no later than 7 days before the start of the Group Coaching Program. If a cancellation request is made less than 7 days prior to your reservation you will be charged in full for the program/workshop.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation as early as possible to avoid charges. In the event that you are unable to attend and not eligible for a refund, you will be able to choose a different date to attend the workshop, or we will apply your payment toward other AM DANCE CONNECTION services and offerings.
Refunds will NOT be given for any group coaching service or program once they have been initiated or completed.

Private Coaching Services:
Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the coach. If something comes up or the coach and the client cannot agree upon on a time to meet online a refund will be issued, less a $20 processing fee. Refunds will be issued with in 4-7 business days.
Refunds will NOT be given for any private or semi-private coaching service or program once they have been initiated or completed.

Your coaching session starts at the reserved time, and lateness will result in a shorter session. Tardiness exceeding 20 minutes is subject to cancellation and you will be charged for the session with no refunds.
